Sustainability & ESG Advisory — Bangkok
Careful advisory work for businesses that take sustainability seriously
Verdulo works alongside leadership teams in Thailand to develop materiality readings, strengthen reporting architecture, and think through climate-related risk — advisory engagements sized for deliberate organisations.
Our Advisory Services
Three ways we work with you
Each engagement is structured around a specific output — a written reading, a reviewed architecture, or a workshop record. Pricing is fixed and transparent.
Materiality Reading Engagement
Working alongside leadership, we draft a considered picture of the sustainability topics that matter most — to your stakeholders and to your own direction. Includes stakeholder interviews, a topic scan, and an alignment workshop.
- Structured stakeholder interview process
- Written reading for internal and external use
- Leadership alignment workshop included
Reporting Architecture Review
A review of your current indicator set, the frameworks you reference, and the structure of your annual report. We return a written reading of the architecture and a draft of an adjusted indicator set, sized for circulation among your leadership team.
- Framework alignment assessment (GRI, SASB, TCFD)
- Draft adjusted indicator set
- Companion brief for leadership circulation
Climate Risk Workshop
A cross-functional team works through plausible climate-related risk scenarios for your operations and supply network. Together, you draft an initial reading of exposure and reasonable adaptation paths. Output: a written workshop record and a brief summarising the picture your team developed.
- Scenario-based facilitation
- Physical and transition risk scope
- Written record and circulated brief
Why Verdulo
What distinguishes careful advisory work
Advisory, not assurance
We work in a reporting-design and advisory capacity. Our engagements help organisations think and articulate — we do not conduct audits or issue licensed assurance opinions.
Written, considered outputs
Every engagement produces a written reading or record that your team owns and can draw on. Not slides. Not templates. Considered documents that reflect your actual situation.
Grounded in your context
We work from your operations, your stakeholders, and your supply network — not from generic templates applied at scale. Bangkok-based, with regional awareness of the Thai market.
Transparent, fixed pricing
Each engagement has a published price. There are no variable fee structures or scope escalations. You know what you are committing to before we begin.
Framework-aware approach
We work with GRI Standards, TCFD, SASB, and the Thai SEC ESG disclosure guidance — helping you align your reporting to the frameworks that matter to your stakeholders and investors.
Sized for mid-market organisations
Our engagements are designed for companies at an early or developing stage of ESG disclosure — not multinational corporations with dedicated sustainability departments.

Questions & Answers
Frequently asked questions
What does ESG advisory actually involve, and is it the same as an audit?
ESG advisory is reporting-design and strategic guidance work — it helps organisations identify what to measure, how to structure their disclosures, and how to think about sustainability topics. It is not the same as an audit or third-party assurance, which are licensed functions. Verdulo operates strictly in an advisory and reporting-design capacity.
Which organisations are best suited to these engagements?
Our engagements are sized for Thai businesses at an early or developing stage of sustainability disclosure — companies that want to work thoughtfully on ESG without the overhead of large consultancy projects. Listed companies beginning SEC ESG disclosure, mid-market businesses preparing for investor due diligence, and organisations responding to supply chain requirements are all common starting points.
How long does a materiality reading engagement typically take?
Most materiality reading engagements run over two to three months. The timeline reflects the time needed for stakeholder interviews, the topic scan, the drafting of the written reading, and the leadership alignment workshop. We agree a schedule at the start of the engagement.
Does the reporting architecture review tell us which framework to use?
The review reads what you are currently tracking against the frameworks most relevant to your sector and stakeholders — typically GRI, SASB, and the Thai SEC guidance. The written output includes a reasoned view on framework alignment and a draft adjusted indicator set. The final decision on framework adoption rests with your leadership team.
Who participates in the climate risk workshop?
The workshop is designed for a cross-functional group — typically six to twelve people drawn from operations, finance, procurement, and leadership. We facilitate; your team does the thinking. That approach is intentional: the output reflects your own reading of your risks, not a consultant's view of a generic company.
Are the prices inclusive of travel and facilitation costs?
The published prices cover the engagement as described for Bangkok-based clients. For organisations outside Bangkok, we discuss travel arrangements and any associated costs separately before confirming an engagement. There are no hidden additions for Bangkok engagements.
